As Founder and Chairman of GulfCap Africa, he demonstrates expertise in finance and development. Additionally, he chaired Buxton Point Apartments Limited, overseeing Kenya’s largest Affordable Housing initiative. His tenure as Chairman of KenTrade from 2018 to 2021 underscored his commitment to trade facilitation in Kenya.Moreover, he founded Gulf African Bank, Kenya’s pioneering Islamic Bank, showcasing his leadership in financial innovation. With significant roles at BankMuscat and Citibank Private Banking in the Middle East and Europe, he has demonstrated his proficiency in multinational and regional banking operations. This extensive industry background underscores his capability and leadership in the field of investment banking and financial management.

Ahmed Bajaber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, international business, and investment management. He began his career in 1987 at Al-Romaizan Group in Saudi Arabia, rising to become Chief Investment Officer until 2010, followed by a role as Financial Investment Advisor. Under his leadership, Al-Romaizan Group expanded significantly, particularly in the gold and jewelry sector, becoming the largest retailer in the Middle East. Ahmed also led international ventures in hydrocarbons, financial services, IT, and agro-related investments. His influence extends to board memberships in Gulf African Bank, Amu Power, and others, as well as advisory roles for Citigroup’s Venture Capital Investment. Beyond his professional achievements, Ahmed is actively involved in charitable and community initiatives, reflecting his commitment to social responsibility.

Njee is a versatile professional with extensive experience in law, public service, and business. As Director at GulfCap Investment Bank, he facilitated Gulf region capital investments in Africa and chaired TRIFIC, establishing Kenya’s first licensed International Financial Centre. In legal consultancy at Katiku & Muturi Advocates, he specialized in commercial law and litigation. Admitted to the Bar in 1995, his legal expertise includes civil litigation and company law. In public service, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Constitutional & Legislative Affairs and Solicitor General for the Government of Kenya. Njee holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and Bachelor degrees in Law and Economics from Poona University, India. His contributions earned him recognition, including the Commander of The Burning Spear award.
